Providing guidance and advice…

One of our main objectives as a charity is to work with horse owners, providing both support and education to help improve the welfare of the horses and ponies in their care.

Over the years, our highly experienced management team have developed strong local connections, including those with the RSPCA, Newark & Sherwood District Council, Police and Nottinghamshire Police Horse Watch. We work closely together with these organisations and other local experts to promote and advance equine welfare in the area.

And by continually developing and improving our own standards and expertise, we can share this knowledge through various events and learning opportunities.

Please visit our ‘Knowledge Base,’ offering Horse Welfare and Veterinary advice and guidance on a range of different subjects promoting the proper care of equines.

You can also keep up to date with our Events page for information on upcoming promotional and fund raising events.

Thank you for your support.

As a not for profit charity, we rely enormously on the generosity of horse and pony lovers to provide financial backing for the work that we do. None of our volunteers take a wage from the charity and so every penny that we receive goes into our operation to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abandoned, sick and injured horses and into providing educational support for horse and pony owners.
